Chief Operations Officer
Lisa’s responsibilities in the COO role are to develop and maintain workflows for Voldico and the agency’s management system. She also works with Voldico’s carriers and agents to help streamline processes.

Lisa has been a long-time trusted employee of Jerry, as she’s been with working with him since 2001. She holds an AS in Business Management from Purdue University. Lisa loves spending time with her three boys and their dogs. When time allows, she enjoys playing games, listening to music, reading, and relaxing.
