PJ handles customer insurance policy changes, takes payments, resolves policy/billing/underwriting issues, along with many other tasks. He can fix just about anything that gets thrown his way.
PJ was brought into the insurance business by Jerry Vollmer, Voldico Owner/CEO, over 21 years ago but officially came to Voldico in 2017.
